Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, subscription cancellation and help with payment or delivery problems.
Last updated: 2026-09-13
This policy applies to paid ForgeSprite subscriptions and credit packs purchased through our checkout. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over the limits below.
1. What is eligible
Your first subscription payment
You can request a full refund when both conditions are met:
- Your request reaches support@forgesprite.com within 7 days (168 hours) of the first successful subscription payment.
- No more than 40 credits from that subscription purchase have been consumed when you make the request.
This offer covers your first subscription purchase, not each renewal or a change of plan. A successful sample, revision or other paid task counts toward usage. Viewing an existing result does not. Failed tasks whose credits have been restored do not count as consumed credits. An unresolved reservation is checked before we decide eligibility; it is not automatically treated as completed work.
An unused credit pack
You can request a full refund within 7 days (168 hours) of a credit-pack payment if none of the credits from that purchase have been consumed. Once any of that pack has been used, it is outside this voluntary refund offer. The exceptions below still apply.
We check the credit transactions associated with the specific purchase, not simply your account's total balance. Stop starting paid tasks while a refund request is being reviewed; additional use can change the available refund and will be explained to you.
2. Billing mistakes and missing service
Contact us about these problems even if the voluntary refund window has ended:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: We investigate the payment record and refund a confirmed erroneous amount. Multiple intentional purchases are not automatically duplicate charges.
- Paid credits not delivered: We reconcile the payment and add the missing entitlement, or refund the undelivered purchase if we cannot provide it.
- Confirmed failed tasks: Unused or failed-work reservations are released back to your credit balance. This is a credit correction, not a cash refund of the entire plan.
- Paid service we permanently cannot provide: We refund the undelivered prepaid portion where appropriate, without limiting any remedy required by law.
- A charge after confirmed cancellation: We check the cancellation effective time against the renewal. A confirmed billing error is corrected.
For a task with an uncertain external-processing result, we check its delivery and cost before releasing or correcting credits. A review status does not mean you should repeatedly retry and risk additional work.
3. What is normally outside the refund offer
Unless an exception above or applicable law requires otherwise, we do not provide refunds for used credit packs, expired unused subscription credits, renewal periods already charged, or a first subscription outside the time/usage limits above. There is no automatic prorated cash refund just because you cancel partway through a billing period.
AI results can vary. A successfully delivered image that does not suit your artistic preference is not, by itself, a technical failure. You may still use the first-subscription refund offer if eligible. Promotional or free credits have no cash refund value. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule to service defects or statutory claims.
4. Cancel a subscription online
Open Settings → Billing, select the subscription and confirm cancellation before the next renewal. Check the cancellation status and effective date. If the action fails or stays pending, contact support promptly.
Confirmed cancellation stops future renewals and leaves current-period access and remaining subscription credits available until that period ends. Subscription credits then expire; they do not roll over. A separately purchased credit pack does not expire when you cancel a subscription. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@forgesprite.com, preferably from the email used for your ForgeSprite account, with:
- Your account email and order or transaction reference.
- Payment date and the purchase concerned.
- A short explanation, plus a task reference if the issue concerns generation or editing.
Do not send card numbers, card security codes or passwords. We may ask for enough information to verify ownership or locate the payment. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and make an eligibility decision within 5 business days after receiving the information needed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If a payment investigation takes longer, we will explain the outstanding issue.
6. After approval
Approved cash refunds go through Waffo Pancake and its payment partners to the original payment method. We aim to initiate an approved refund within 5 business days. Arrival in your account depends on the payment method and bank; a submitted refund is not the same as a settled refund. If it is still missing 10 business days after our initiation confirmation, contact us for a status check.
ForgeSprite does not deduct a separate administrative refund fee. A bank's currency conversion or fees may affect the amount displayed in your account. The corresponding refunded credits or entitlement are reversed, and a fully refunded subscription ends. Unrelated purchases are not canceled merely because one purchase was refunded. We tell you what was approved, what was reversed and whether any renewal remains active.
7. Your legal rights
This voluntary policy does not replace a mandatory cooling-off period, a remedy for defective or undelivered digital services, or a right to dispute an unauthorized payment. Where law requires separate consent to begin digital delivery during a withdrawal period and acknowledgment of its effect, starting to use the service alone does not replace that consent. Refunds required by law are assessed under that law rather than only the 7-day/40-credit offer.
Contacting support is encouraged, but is not a condition for exercising a legal right with your bank, payment provider or consumer authority. The policy version disclosed for a purchase applies to it; later changes do not remove rights you already acquired.
