Terms of Service

Your account, asset rights, credits, payments and use of ForgeSprite.

Last updated: 2026-09-14

These terms govern your use of ForgeSprite at forgesprite.com, including the workspace and our game asset tools. “ForgeSprite,” “we” and “us” refer to the service. By starting a guest session, creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who can use ForgeSprite

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have its permission. Use the service only where it is legally available. Keep your account information accurate, secure your sign-in account, and tell support@forgesprite.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share or resell account access or create accounts to evade restrictions.

2. What the service provides

ForgeSprite is a digital service for planning, generating, editing and exporting static 2D game assets. You can try the workspace with a guest session. Sign in with Google from the same browser to keep your guest projects and unused credits in your account. Purchases and account management require Google sign-in. Clearing the guest session cookie before signing in can make your guest work inaccessible. Some public tools, such as the PNG resizer, work without an account. Available features and prices are described on the relevant tool page and Pricing.

AI features depend on third-party processing services. Their availability can affect task completion. AI can produce unexpected or inconsistent results, even with the same brief. Inspect outputs before putting them in a game. Examples show possible styles; they are not a promise that your results will match them. We do not guarantee exclusive outputs, a particular artistic result, a transparent background or compatibility with every game engine.

3. Your inputs and generated assets

You keep the rights you already have in prompts, references and other uploads. You give us a limited permission to store, process, transmit and display that content as needed to provide your requested features, maintain your project, address support requests and protect the service. Necessary service providers may process it for those purposes. This permission does not give us the right to publish your private projects as advertising examples without your permission.

As between you and ForgeSprite, we do not claim ownership of your generated assets. You may use your outputs for lawful personal or commercial projects, subject to these terms and any usage restriction disclosed before a task runs. AI outputs may not qualify for copyright protection, and other users may receive similar results. We cannot grant rights in third-party characters, trademarks, artwork or likenesses. You are responsible for having permission for your inputs and reviewing whether your intended use needs additional rights.

ForgeSprite's branding, interface and software remain protected by their respective owners' rights. Permission to use the service is not permission to copy or resell the service itself.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use ForgeSprite to:

  • Create pornographic or sexually explicit (NSFW) content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Create child sexual abuse or exploitation material, sexualize minors, or otherwise endanger children.
  • Create graphic gore or extreme violence, promote terrorism or real-world harm, or encourage self-harm.
  • Create hate speech, targeted harassment or content promoting unlawful discrimination.
  • Create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate real people without an appropriate right, invade privacy or facilitate fraud.
  • Infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights in characters, brands, artwork or likenesses.
  • Upload malware, attack the service, bypass payment or safety controls, access another person's projects, or scrape or automate access in a way that disrupts the service.
  • Sell account access or make unauthorized bulk use of the service.

Ordinary fictional game assets, including fantasy weapons and combat props, are not prohibited merely because they depict fictional combat. We may refuse individual requests or restrict accounts for a relevant violation, security risk or legal obligation. Contact support if you think a restriction is mistaken.

Automated checks. We check prompts before generation and generated images before delivery. A request or image that is blocked or cannot be reviewed is not delivered; its undelivered image credits are returned. These checks can make mistakes and do not establish ownership or legal clearance. Contact support to report a mistake.

Report content. To report content that may violate these rules or your rights, email support@forgesprite.com with the subject “Content report.” Include the relevant asset or project reference, a link if available, and a short explanation. Do not forward unlawful images; identifying information is enough to start a review. Reports do not make private projects publicly accessible.

Review and action. We review reports and relevant records, may ask for further information, and assess them against these rules and applicable law. We may restrict access while reviewing a serious concern. Depending on the findings, we may refuse requests, remove violating stored content, or restrict or suspend an account. We may preserve or disclose relevant records where legally required. If you believe a decision is mistaken, contact the same address with the case reference and your explanation to request a review. This process does not mean every generated image is reviewed by a person before delivery.

5. Prices, delivery and payment

The offer and checkout show the currency, amount, billing frequency and credits you are buying. Any applicable tax is shown before payment. Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment processing. We receive payment status and transaction records; our servers do not receive or store your full payment card number or security code.

After payment is confirmed, the corresponding credits are added to your account. Bank confirmation or payment reconciliation can delay this. If you were charged but cannot see the purchase in Billing, contact support with the order reference instead of paying again. A test checkout does not take a real payment or grant paid credits.

Credits are a service allowance, not money, a deposit or a transferable asset. They cannot be sold, transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash except through an eligible refund. A credit pack is a one-time purchase and does not start a subscription or automatic top-up.

6. Subscriptions and online cancellation

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until canceled. By completing a subscription checkout, you authorize the recurring payment amount and frequency shown there. Cancel before the next renewal through Settings → Billing, select your subscription and confirm cancellation. Check the displayed status and effective date; a pending request is not a confirmed cancellation. Contact support if the online action fails or remains unresolved.

A confirmed cancellation stops future renewals. Current-period access and subscription credits remain available until the period ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period, delete your account or remove a separately purchased credit pack. Refund eligibility is explained below and in our Refund Policy.

Changes to the renewal price will be disclosed before they apply, with an opportunity to cancel before the next affected charge. We will obtain any additional agreement required by law. We will not change the price of an already completed purchase retroactively.

7. Credit validity and spending

  • Subscription credits: Issued for the paid billing period. Unused credits expire when that period ends and do not roll over.
  • Credit packs: Have no scheduled expiry and remain available after subscription cancellation while your account remains open.
  • Spending order: Credits without an expiry are used first, including credit-pack balances. Credits with an expiry are then used in earliest-expiry order. Within the same expiry group, older grants are used first.
  • Promotional credits: Any limits are shown with the offer. They have no cash refund value.

The displayed task quote determines its credit cost. Credits do not correspond to a fixed number of images: generation, editing and planning can have different costs. View your balance and recorded use in Credits.

8. Task approval, reservations and failures

Sending a new request to the Agent costs 1 planning credit, including when the response asks for clarification. This planning charge is separate from image generation or editing. After planning, review the proposed work and image credit limit before confirming generation. For an asset set, generation starts with a sample. Approving the sample authorizes the remaining work within the accepted plan. Viewing an existing result does not generate another image; requesting a revision or a new task can use additional credits.

Credits may be reserved while work runs. Confirmed failed or undispatched work releases its reservation. If an external request has an uncertain outcome, the affected amount stays under review while we reconcile the result. A pending review is not proof that a task succeeded or that a refund has completed.

Canceling a task stops work that has not yet been dispatched. A request already being processed may finish and consume its quoted credits. A successfully delivered output is not treated as a technical failure solely because its style is not what you hoped for; the first-purchase refund rules still apply where eligible.

9. Refunds and billing issues

A first subscription purchase is eligible for a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of payment and have consumed no more than 40 credits from that purchase. An entirely unused credit pack is eligible within 7 days of payment. Other situations, including duplicate charges, non-delivery and statutory rights, are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and governs refund eligibility.

Use support@forgesprite.com for a refund or disputed charge. You do not give up the right to contact your payment provider, bank or a consumer authority. A confirmed refund is returned through the payment service and reverses the corresponding credits; submitting a request alone does not confirm a refund.

10. Projects, deletion and service changes

Keep your own copies of exported assets you need. Archiving hides a project or asset from the active list; it does not delete stored files or versions. Request project or account deletion through support. Account deletion is separate from cancellation: resolve any active renewal and pending payment or task before closing the account. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion requests.

We may change features, perform maintenance or suspend access to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain a material restriction and provide a way to contact support. If we permanently discontinue paid service or terminate your access without a breach by you, we will provide a refund for prepaid service we cannot deliver, taking account of actual unused entitlements and mandatory rights. We do not promise indefinite hosting of exported assets.

11. Service limitations and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular project. You remain responsible for reviewing generated content, testing assets and keeping backups.

Where the law allows, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits and cap our total liability for a claim at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to that claim. These limits do not exclude refunds due under our policies or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or other mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms removes a guarantee, remedy or right that applicable law gives you.

12. Notices, changes and contact

The version shown at checkout applies to that purchase. We update the date when these terms change and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued refund rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply to the extent legally possible.

Contact support@forgesprite.com about accounts, billing, privacy, security or intellectual-property concerns. For an infringement report, identify the relevant work, the allegedly infringing asset and a way to contact you. We will review the report and may restrict the affected content while doing so. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and any mandatory right to use your local courts or consumer authority.
