Priority applies before image processing begins. Max has the highest priority; already running images continue normally. Actual completion time depends on the selected model, image complexity and demand. Local PNG tools and downloads do not use the generation queue.
Each new Agent request, including a reply to a question, costs 1 credit. Image generation and AI edits cost additional credits shown before confirmation. Opening an existing plan, saving a draft and using direct pixel tools are free. Failed plans are refunded; requests with an unconfirmed outcome stay reserved for review.

Your first subscription is refundable within 7 days if you have used no more than 40 credits from that purchase. An entirely unused credit pack is refundable within 7 days. Email support@forgesprite.com with your account email and order reference. Billing errors, non-delivery and statutory rights are covered separately in the Refund Policy.
